I'm committed to buying handmade over the holidays and want to encourage you to do the same. Here are 4 reasons why I buy handmade:
1. For the individually unique quality of the product that can only come from handmade.
2. For the care and craftsmanship that goes into each item.
3. To support fellow artisans and their work.
4. To pay it forward as I, too, am a handmade artisan who's work has been promoted by others.
These are some of my gift ideas. I've even included some of my own favorites so that it will be easy to buy for me (hint, hint family).
