Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: Mix, roll and place onto cookie sheet, freeze for aproximately one hour.
Helpful tips:
- We used all organic ingredients.
- We freeze and then put them in a container in the fridge. This allows them to soften a bit.
- We will try fewer oats next time (maybe even crushing them more) for a less chunky consistency.
- We used dark chocolate chips.
