My sticky wicket week :: OM [one moment] meet up

Wow! What a week.  I've seen more doctor's offices, labs, and clinics than any one person should ever see in a week. No worries. We are all okay. I won't bore you with the details.  Let me just rundown the procedures we've had this week alone:

• blood work twice on same person
• cat scan (no appendicitis)
• visit with GI specialist
• lumbar steroid epidural

Luckily, my moment this week had nothing to do with any of the above.

I bought myself an orchid after wanting one for a long time. I've always been nervous about caring for these beautiful and delicate flowers. Once home, I proceeded to take the price tag/bar code sticker off the pot.  This is always a tricky procedure.  Sometimes, if you do it just slowly enough, you can get the whole sticker off w/out a mark.  Whoopee!  The sticker came off entirely. Not a smidgen of glue or paper.  At least one sticky situation came out clean this week!

I will be enjoying a nice bubble bath this weekend with my new friend. I think I'll name him Seymour.
