We (me, Cyn, my friends Ann and Mandy from Studio Six) ended up at a nice, although loud, restaurant downtown where we enjoyed great food, sangria, and wonderful company. Between laughter and yelling over the music, I thought about how lucky I was to be out on the town with smart, talented, and all around great women. Friendships are good for the soul. Thank you, ladies!

Wonderful to see you two in real life! I agree about how wonderful it is to be out with the crafterati, definitely reinvigorating especially at this hectic time of year.
ReplyDeleteHappy that you all had a great time - wish I could have made it. It would have been nice to meet Cyn from CT since I used to live so close to her.
ReplyDeleteHooray! So glad you had a great time! How awesome to find like souls online that you can meet in real life too!
ReplyDeleteA most excellent night! So happy to meet all the crafty and RI-folk. And was excited to be able to hold the crafts in my hand (Liz's creations are awesome!)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for being a great host, Linda!
Friendships are good for the soul, well said!
ReplyDeleteOften 'friend time' doesn't make it to the top of one's priority list, but it is so important. That's why it's part of my new year's resolution!
