Indulging in some family pride today
I hope you had a lovely weekend! It was beautiful here in Rhode Island - a much needed reprieve from the rain and flooding. People are still pumping water from the basements.
Yesterday, at brunch, I took some photos with my iPhone that I thought I'd share. Since the start of my blogging, and social networking in general, I've been very private about my boys. I haven't been private about our antics, but I've kept their faces from my blog. Recently, I saw pictures of your family members on a few of your blogs and really enjoyed seeing them. Afterall, I feel like I know many of you quite well. So, I thought maybe you'd like to see us.

M is 13 and E is 8 1/2. Two amazing boys in every way. Can't believe they are mine. I'm so lucky!
Me and M.
C and me. After 16 years of marriage, two boys, a big dog, a major career change, 4 years of medical school, going on 7 years of residency, countless moves and still not knowing where we'll end up, he remains my best friend. I'm so proud of him.
I would love to hear about your family or what you did over the weekend. Did your family make you smile this weekend?
